How long will my glasses take to arrive?
We want to make sure you’re in the know about delivery when ordering your glasses, below we have highlighted what to expect when ordering from Harry’s Eyewear. The majority of orders are shipped within 10 working days for delivery of spectacles from order date, though more complex orders may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our lab. We work hard to ensure even the most complex prescriptions are dispatched within 14 days of being authorised by our opticians. If the frame is out of stock, we will inform you about the new delivery date via your registered email address. We work closely with Royal Mail who take your order from our hands and deliver it straight into yours. If you’ve received an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched, but you haven’t yet received it after 10 days, contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery (Royal Mail 24/48 – Tracked) to anywhere in the UK is Free.
In case of returning your glasses, the customer is responsible for the return shipment. – see Returns & Refunds for further details.

What if my glasses are damaged?
We want you to receive your glasses quickly and in perfect condition, so in the unlikely event that there is a fault please email us on info@harryseyewear.com and we will aim to resolve this. Please include as many details as possible about the order so that we can sort this out for you quickly.
